GENERAL INFORMATION:-

1. All confirmed participants except Tata Steel BSL employees and their family members must collect their goodie-bag containing T-Shirt, RFID BIB Chip, Instructions Manual, Route Map & Refreshment Coupon from Main Gate of Tata Steel BSL Plant between 03.02.2023 to 04.02.2023 from 9:30 AM. to 1:00PM and 2:30 PM. to 6:00 PM. Tata Steel BSL employees and their family members can collect their goodie-bag from 9:30 AM. to 1:00PM and 2:30 PM. to 6:00 PM near D1 building, Ground Floor, Housing Colony within the same period.

2. Please present the following document for collecting the goodie-bag at Distribution Counter: -
   a. Original Payment Receipt for offline registration.
   b. Receipt / SMS / Email for online registration.
   c. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a participant can send his/her authorized representative to collect goodie-bag on his/her behalf.
   
   

   For group BIB collection, concerned organization can send authorized representative to collect the goodie- bag on behalf of the organization.

   Authorized representative must carry with him/her:-
   i. The website confirmation downloaded from application status on event website http://tatasteelbsl-run.com
   ii. Photo-identity proof (Aadhar card, PAN Card or Passport) of the representative and the confirmed participants.
   iii. In case of group BIB collection, authorization letter from concerned organization and Photo-identity proof (Aadhar card, PAN Card or passport) of the representative and the confirmed participants.

3. Birth Certificate (Matric / Municipality / Notify Area / BDO) should be provided on demand by the participants on the day of Run.

4. First Aid and Drinking water will be provided by the organizer.

5. Refreshment to be collected from refreshment counter near main venue on production of coupon given in goodie-bag.

6. First 1000 finishers in 10 Km (Men & Women) and 5Km (Boys & Girls) will be awarded with medals at the designated medal counter at the venue. **A coupon will be provided on the half way to validate the first 1000 medal winners.

7. After verification of results, prize money will be transferred to the Winner’s Bank Account/ by A/c Payee Cheque.

8. Maximum 3500 participants will be registered on first come first serve basis. Registration will be closed after attaining the figure of 3500.

RACE CATEGORIES / FEE:

1. 10 Km run for Men & Women 16 Years & above (Born on or before 05-02-2007 Entry fee: ₹ 150
2. 5 Km run for Boys & Girls 12 Years to 16 Years (Born between 05-02-2011 and 05-02-2007) Entry fee: ₹ 50

Note: Only Indian Nationals are allowed to participate.

PAYMENT MODE:

1. Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque
   Note: Banker’s Cheque / Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of “Tata Steel BSL Limited”. Also write your full name, race category chosen and contact number on the reverse of Banker’s Cheque / Demand draft.

2. For online registration payment has to be done by using Credit / Debit cards and Net banking.

1. For Physical Registration, the forms are available at Main Gate of Tata Steel BSL from January 16 - 25, 2023.

3. Please collect receipt of payment, against which a goodie-bag will be provided.
